Here at PDS our medical information team can provide all that is required by legislation. Our team will answer queries relating to your products, via telephone, email, letter with each query being dealt with to ensure objective, good quality, balanced, unbiased and accurate information.  

We can act as the MIS (Medical Information Specialist) for the UK for all Clients, assigned MIS (Medical Information Specialist)  for a MAH in a specific country, we can tailor make a service that fits all your needs.

With our Data Protection principles firmly at the fore, information received here at PDS is handled in a secure manner, to ensure unlawful or unauthorised processing, access, loss, destruction or damage when stored.

In case safety/suspected safety information is received by PDS for a medicinal product or medical device, we ensure that this information is immediately transferred to the Clients safety department and/or quality as per agreed timelines set out by you the Client.
